The only thing that could have been better is if they topped off the used car we purchased with gas. The rest I just wish I had asked all my questions prior to making our decisions to purchase the used car ans lease a new one only because we probably could have done it without financing the used car, since I had equity in my trade in. This was all out of the control of our salesman since we made the decision to purchase the used car then decided later in the process to also trade in our current vehicle for a leased Mitsubishi. All in all the staff was polite, kind, informate. Tyler was awesome! And didn't make me feel pressured but helped with all my questions. We got a great deal and a referral discount without even asking! I look forward to working with Burlington Mitsubishi again in the future.The entire staff was very kind and welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Tyler and he was very informative and patient with us. Pricing was surprisingly affordable! There were no surprises once we started signing paperwork! And the entire experience was stress free and fun the way I feel it should be. All the details were taken care of for us. We even left the dealership with new plates on the vehicle. My life is extremely busy these days and the little details made a big difference for me. It was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.We looked at the website to check the inventory of used vehicles prior to showing up. I had trouble seeing pricing. I believe it said something like contact dealer for pricing. I normally prefer to do my own reaserch prior to showing up to purchase a used car. We had a friend who raves about the service and fairness they have experienced for years from Tim and Burlington Mitsubishi. So we decided to just show up and see what was available. Although hesitant at first, we are very glad that we did!

As stated earlier, Tyler is amazing at his job! Please ensure he is recognized for a job well done!Tyler was amazing. I never thought I would purchase an EV or go through a lease. Tyler explained everything regarding these items and made me feel comfortable in using both options. He took his time during the sale; it was a no pressure sales option. In addition, I had a rental car while I was in the area and Tyler personally delivered my new car to the hotel He also went over all the options and how to use the hybrid vehicle. This is the second time I have purchased from Tyler and I currently live in Maine and bought the car in Vermont. As a female, I am always cautious of buying a new car from a car salesperson, looking for the hi pressure sale. He is far from using those tactics. He asks what you are looking for and he does his absolute best in trying to get the perfect fit. He does an outstanding job, and I truly hope he is recognized for his performance. I will continue to buy from Tyler for my future needs.
