I’m still waiting for a call back from the office and it’s been nearly two weeks. The frequency of which I am forgotten about speaks to the reliability of the office.

I will definitely recommend this apartment complex for its tranquility and ambience.

Ed is a great maintenance manager. He always explains what he is going to do and does it with, knowledge, expertise and efficiency. And the problem gets fixed.

The issues I submit to the office do eventually get resolved. My only complaint about the process is that I’m frequently forgotten about for weeks at a time. Over the course of the past year the ancient appliances in my apartment have been dying. The microwave took weeks to replace, then the light underneath it took even longer. The washing machine took 5 weeks for a plumber and eventually was completely replaced. Ultimately my problems get solved, but it stings when I call the office after waiting for weeks to hear from anyone and the response I get it’s “I’m sorry about that, we forgot”.I’ve been forgotten a few times.

Because of the recent blizzard that we had a month ago, maintenance request was delayed. I under stand that. Andrew and Ed were both courteous with me when I walked into the office for attention to this matter and request was completed the next day.
