The issues I submit to the office do eventually get resolved. My only complaint about the process is that I’m frequently forgotten about for weeks at a time. Over the course of the past year the ancient appliances in my apartment have been dying. The microwave took weeks to replace, then the light underneath it took even longer. The washing machine took 5 weeks for a plumber and eventually was completely replaced. Ultimately my problems get solved, but it stings when I call the office after waiting for weeks to hear from anyone and the response I get it’s “I’m sorry about that, we forgot”.I’ve been forgotten a few times.

Because of the recent blizzard that we had a month ago, maintenance request was delayed. I under stand that. Andrew and Ed were both courteous with me when I walked into the office for attention to this matter and request was completed the next day.

Of the three issues 2 were resolved and the other (balcony screen door) it was agreed upon to replace the current broken one with a new or newer one once spring weather arrives.Ed was wonderful and communicated wonderfully. The office and crew are always soo darn helpful, understanding, and caring.

Still dealing with smoking in the building. We pay alot of money for rent and it's just not fair to have to smell cigarettes in the house when I do not smoke, not to mention second hand smoke being dangerous for people with respiratory issues.I do not like to be a Karen but, my rent went up 200$ this lease and other tenants just do what they want.

Ed is a marvelous maintenance manager. Also had to use the emergency service over last weekend, faulty smoke detector and got quick and excellent service.

We had a couple of things that needed fixing and the maintenance manager was right on top of it and fixed everything quickly and efficiently.
