Overall care and availability when I had questions pre-and post surgery was fantastic.

I'm just at the beginning of my journey with my medical issue but I was disappointed that the first time I scheduled an appointment they waited until the day of the appointment to tell me they had a problem with my insurance coverage (which it took 2 hours and 5 of their staff to realize was actually just an issue with the way the referral was submitted)... Then they couldn't help me and had to cancel my appointment... The doctors and nurses were very friendly though and I hope my situation improves...

I had a successful visit with Dr. Engh he spent enough time to explain my problem and my treatment plan. The staff was very helpful and did a great job. I’m glad to have chosen Anderson Clinic.

I had difficulty with logging into Force. So I didn’t use it. You also had another website I could not log into because it would not accept my birthdayI think the post op care has been exceptional
