Vera, nurse for Dr Engh sent me for X-rays just a few steps down the hall. Said I could change and leave after x-rays. Technician directed me to wait. After 30 minutes waiting I checked with Technician and she responded, “Just wait. You’ll be next.” Again, I waited approximately 15 minutes. Finally, I went back to medical station. Dr Engh, his PA, and Vera. All were shocked to see me still there. Vera immediately said I could change. Unfortunately, I found the tech to be unprofessional and rather uninterested in my concern for waiting. In fact, I waited so long the front office staff had left for the evening.

Dr. Engh was extremely thorough in his explanation of my condition and the proposed resolution. He gladly answered all my questions. He has a pleasant personality, making it easy to talk to him. The entire staff is efficient and courteous.

I would like it to be more on time: my appointment was at 3:30 pm but I only saw Dr. Engh at past 4:30 pm.

Dr Engh and the entire staff should be commended on their professionalism.

Waited 1:15 to see Doctor.

I already referred several people to call and make an appointment.

The doctors work together as a team - sSPINE, KNEE, PAIN MANAGEMENT.They all know what the other is doing.

I am going to get the other knee done. I have alot of confidence in these doctors. They are the best in the country !
