Wait time to see the Doctor was so long

Dr. Engh is an excellent surgeon and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is easy to speak with and he explains things so I could understand. Very happy with him and I would recommend him to anyone. I had problems with the scheduling, they couldn’t find my appt from two weeks ago so I had to make a new one and then they called wondering what knee it was. They should have looked at the information they have. Unfortunately, today I had and hour and 1/2 o wait to see the Dr.
