Was able to address my hip (replaced I 1999) as well as my knees.

I was able to make my reservation online and, following that, I received a call from staff to select a date and time for my visit. This worked better than calling to schedule a visit. I am a former patient - you need to add that option to number 4 above since none of the options apply. I selected WEB Search but that really isn't how I heard about the Anderson clinic.

All went well. The wait was a little long but not exceedingly so.

Trying to make an appointment was difficult. I was on hold for over 25 min. I finally left my number for a callback. Once I reached a live person the rest of the process was very positive. I was asked to reschedule my original appointment. Then I kept getting confirmation messages about the original appointment. Again was placed on hold for a long time before I could get to confirm the original appointment had been canceled.
