Trying to make an appointment was difficult. I was on hold for over 25 min. I finally left my number for a callback. Once I reached a live person the rest of the process was very positive.I was asked to reschedule my original appointment. Then I kept getting confirmation messages about the original appointment. Again was placed on hold for a long time before I could get to confirm the original appointment had been canceled.
