My husband had 2 very successful knee replacements by Dr. Andy Engh. I had one and will be getting my 2nd knee done on March 14th.I have always been happy with the clinic, hospital and the doctors.

I had total knee replacement and 4 months out of surgery and doing great ! I’m back to walking and riding my bike! I’m pain free and very impressed with Dr. Engh Jr. Thank you to your total staff !I live in Western Loudoun Co. and it is worth the drive .

Absolutely A+++. I’ve been to a number of excellent orthopedic surgeons and none compare to Dr. Engh. The whole practice is a cut above anywhere else. I didn’t even think about how important it is that your surgeon picks the right device for YOU in a joint replacement. I’m convinced that the combination of Dr Engh as a surgeon and the perfect selection of a new joint for my skeletal structure is the reason why my range of motion literally the day after surgery was astoundingly good. I was not physically in shape prior to surgery due to the pain I was in and yet my PT continued to be amazed at how quickly my range of motion was restored to pre-op levels and that I could ride the exercise bike a few weeks after surgery. I recovered fully from surgery and was even able to ski 6 months later. I sustained an injury of a different nature 7 months after my surgery and was able to get an appointment very quickly and Dr Engh helped me recover without needing surgery. Very grateful!

Dr. Engh is Excellent doctor he surgery my right knee and I don’t have a new problem with that no pen nothing I very appreciate it from him and his stuff he’s the best doctor in Virginia I wish they have a more doctors like him he’s very special for his work , 🙏

From the time I entered the office l was treated very respectfully and the staff provided forms and directions immediately. It's been years since I've been in a doctor's office without waiting a long time and not knowing what was happening.The staff was friendly and very helpful and informative, l never had to sit and wonder what was going on.When I did meet with the doctor he explained everything related to the procedure and spent time answering my questions. I never felt rushed, which is an extraordinary experience with today's health care providers.I was referred by a friend that had a great experience with a hip replacement surgery done by Dr. Engh. She said that from the beginning to the end it was a great experience. Her new hip is working fine and her recovery was quick and without any complications or setbacks.
