Dr. Engh had me step onto some small boards. It's was determined the 1/8 board was good. Does this mean I should use shoe insert? We didn't discuss it, but I think maybe he meant to? I don't know. Thank you.

I do not do well with doctors and totally neglected to speak about my major reason for being there, the rips and tears in my knee. I only discussed arthritis. This is completely my fault and not reflective of the doctor.
