Remove my name from credit reports and the lease if you have not already. Remove me from this mailing. I will give a bad rating each time I get oneI gave 1 star because I was a co-signer but my daughter moved out in September and I’m still getting these. They’re still reporting to credit bureau and I’ve asked to be removed since September.

I revived a message back stating that it is the outside wall that is cracked but still currently water is getting into our roomWe had low water pressure which was resolved quickly and we were happy with that experience. Currently when ever it rains water leaks through our bedroom window. I have already filed 2 complaints explaining what is going on and still currently the window still leaks when it rains.

Everything else is great it is just the maintenance that is lacking.I emailed at the beginning of January saying I needed some light bulbs to be replaced and that I wanted my stove burners replaced because the ones I have have some sort of temp sense technology where it turns off the burner if it gets too hot , it takes about 25 min just to boil a small pot of water. We were told that a service order was put in and some one named Kiev would come by but no one has come, they said the burners were put on back order and that we would receive a call but we haven’t heard anything.

Have not been able to have any type of food or cook in my apartment since move in (12/31/25) and also have been living w/anxiety of finding roaches in my things/on my furniture.Apartment was not move in ready at the start of the lease - there is a roach infestation and the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly.
