i moved out the first week of october of 2020 and it's now 12/25 - why am i getting emails about cal prop? my old address was 3131 meade ave, san diego, ca 92116 - please take me off maintenance completion emails and surveys about maintenance. thank you!i have not been a renter under cal prop for over 5 years yet i still get emails about maintenance being done and then surveys. i'm not sure if my old address is still tied to my email but its annoying just knowing a big company doesn't have their shit together and i'm glad i inly had to pay rent a few months to cal prop.

Comments already providedWaited weeks for a working dishwasher with $11K monthly rental. Many other aspects of the house are still not resolved almost two months into the rental. Cal-Prop has not sent out a property management agent to the house since I moved in on September 1. Many emails have been sent back and forth without resolution. The HVAC system still has issues, the drapes / blinds in the master BR are not fully functional, our first floor bathroom still does not have a handle (!), the wine refrigeration in the kitchen is not functional, the water filtration in the kitchen is not functional, the lighting in the kitchen is not sufficient, the master bathroom Toto bidet toilet is only partially functional.

Got charged for the plumbing WHEN IT WAS ALREADY A PROBLEM BEFORE WE MOVED IN!! CONFIRMED BY THE PLUMBER AS WELL AS THE PICTURE I SENT TO JAIME OF THE RAG THE PLUMBER FOUND IN THE PIPE. YET WE STILL HAD TO PAY $150. From the get go this property management has been unprofessional and liars. Was told we would get the remainder of August free per the ad on zillow. Yet when it came time we were prorated for 6 days and told we had to show proof of the ad when they had already changed all the info including the leasing agent!!! Also it was AGREED as well as advertised that we would.pay $85 for water per RUBS. They snuck it in on the lease that we are now responsible for NOT $85 BUT NOW FOR 70% OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, WHICH HAS 3 OTHER HOMES ON IT!!!!! PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A SCAM!!! Trying to get Jaime on the phone with my housing navigator IS LIKE PULLING TEETH. It has been over a month and yet Jaime has still not reached out to my housing navigator. Absolutely unprofessional and not true to their word. I’ve never had much of a good experience withOther property managements throughout my years of renting however, Cal-prop management have been by far the most experienced & responsive to any issues and or possible upgrades my unit may need! I give them 5 stars!! I appreciate all they’ve done for me. Thank you!

Eric was so helpful with moving in. I appreciate his professional and considerate service. The studio is nice, even though the floor has been damaged in some places and makes it unsteady ro walk on.
