Cal Prop Management has been good to me as a Tenant so far. I really don't have many complaints at all about renting from them. Everytime I've asked for something or for something to be fixed, they've done a good job of doing so. No Landlord is always going to get everything right, I don't always expect that. Cal Prop is a pretty good and reasonable Management Company to do Business with.
