Was prompt & efficient.

The original check in process, apartment condition/turnover left a lot to be desired:( Much of the apartment was not cleaned and many things needed addressing immediately upon move-in. A few maintenance technicians came, once work orders were registered, who did variable levels of quality work.That being said, Cisco! ultimately was excellent!!! He sets the standard by which every other maintenance worker should aspire! He cares about his work, he understands his work is a representation of his character, and he attends to every issue and detail. I am so grateful for his time, his effort, and his expertise, and I will be requesting his presence for any future job if necessary. I am also happy to be a reference at any time regarding to the quality of his work! We are lucky to have him helping us! Thank you again!
