I've had a number of issues due to limited internal communication at Cal-Prop, or information not being conveyed to me because it wasn't conveyed to the property manager for my unit. But... Amanda has been outstanding with trying to help and has swayed my opinion that all property management companies are bad. So far everyone I've met at Cal-Prop has been super nice and done their best to help. This has been one of the most difficult move ins I've ever had to go thru, but Amanda has been the best!

Kate and Alexis were very attentive and helpful in my apartment searching process. They made moving easy and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Service was quick and effective. If a member of the cal prop team could confirm receipt of the service request via text or email that would be even better.

When there was a switchover to a new property manager it seemed as if none of our info was given to the new person so we wanted a long time after filling out the “state of condition” form to have things fixed in our apartment - and only because I asked.

My youngest son and myself reside at Lincoln Ave. apartments approx. (2) years ago... Our experience with Cal-Prop has been beyond excellent.

So far. I have been loving it here. The people are nice. And it very relaxing.

Communication could have been better between parties, but for the most part, things moved quickly. On-site manager Jim Barker was very professional and considerate.

Property management did a great job. One outside contractor took 2 weeks to set an appointment, but overall, the issue was fixed well.
