I've had a number of issues due to limited internal communication at Cal-Prop, or information not being conveyed to me because it wasn't conveyed to the property manager for my unit. But... Amanda has been outstanding with trying to help and has swayed my opinion that all property management companies are bad. So far everyone I've met at Cal-Prop has been super nice and done their best to help. This has been one of the most difficult move ins I've ever had to go thru, but Amanda has been the best!

When there was a switchover to a new property manager it seemed as if none of our info was given to the new person so we wanted a long time after filling out the “state of condition” form to have things fixed in our apartment - and only because I asked.
