Property management did a great job. One outside contractor took 2 weeks to set an appointment, but overall, the issue was fixed well.

My move in experience was excellent went very smoothly… Alexis at Cal Prop was and has been extremely helpful and with every concern she has been there with professionalism and patience I really enjoy living here.

In the recent months, Hobie has been great about getting things fixed and taken care of at our rental.

The Cal-Prop Management team has been pretty good to me and very professional so far so good. Most everything I've asked them to take care as far as the Move-In has been handled well, especially considering the circumstances. That's really all I can see for now and I'm pretty happy about my new residence and comfortable too. That's really all I was looking for at the time.

I am very impressed with Cal - Poly I recently had a problem with my bathroom sink. And in 45 minutes my bathroom sink was fixed. Louis is great!
