first - when i signed the contract I was hoping to meet the seller's agent on site in person, swap out the funds and pick up the check. As a current landlord, I know you make great fees, especially here in California. I was shocked that I was forced to drive 42 minutes to the office. to pick up the keys and drop off the certified check. The condition of the property left me a little bad taste in my mouth, there were several issues overlooked and sloppy work. I understand I rented 6 weeks in advance, but I trusted your company to deliver the property in good manner. Communication is good between the agent and I, but that is only a band aid. 6 weeks into the lease and their issues till issues to be resolved, Angelo
