The tech arrived on time — even a little early. He communicated clearly about the work being done and gave us an estimated completion time upfront. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with the service.

This review is for the plumber used for maintenance and not Cal West. CW was great and reponsive. The vendor not as good. They fixed the issue but offered zero communication as to timeline and access needed. The issue was caused by my neighbors unit causing damage to our home. They fixed the neighbor but had to go through my daughter's bedroom and left a gaping hole in ceiling that was left taped up with plastic covering. They never returned to fix the ceiling!!I love the ease of the portal for rent and maintenance requests.

Every interaction I’ve had has been positive. When I’ve needed anything from a service or information it has been easy to obtain.

I need someone to come out the house and do inspect. look at the things that need to be fixed around that house.The Cal West management have not been appropriately managing potential health hazard request that are put in the maintenance request. I have entered two if not more requests for someone to be send to the house to evaluate for possible mold in the house. No more has gotten back to me. Instead, I received an email from Manuel Dominguez tell me to put on glove and use some vinegar to clean the ceiling. Not only is this ridiculous, but I am also being asked to climb up somehow and clean the ceiling that has possible mold on it? Cal West is being paid to help maintain property but would rather have the tenant do their job for them. I still am waiting for someone to come look at the mold.
