1) Upsetting incident where we received a backcharge for $250 and asked for details and couldn't reach our calwest representative for several days through phone or email - very frustrating experience. 2) I opened a maintenance request over a week ago and it was completely ignored by our representative until I emailed him yesterday. Now I'm again waiting for a phone call - very annoying that we were asked to use the system to report requests but then we need to follow up over email since our requests are ignored by our representative.

The plumber that came in to take care of the issues was really friendly and informative. The bottom bathroom toilet, he informed us of an old flapper that needed replacing. The upstairs toilet he informed us that the toilet just needed to be resealed.

My understanding is that my request has not been completed at all. CW couldn’t find out what was the problem, so I made it clear with SJ water help that irrigation system and toilet caused terrible water waste and let your staff know that but no response at all as of today. Very unprofessional. I have to water manually stopping irrigation system every other day. Also we have to discuss who should compensate the abnormal water bill.

Cal West recently took over management of the building I rent. I messed things up with paying my rent during the change over. They were understanding, courteous, and helpful with helping me make the transition. They are great to work with!
