Every interaction I’ve had has been positive. When I’ve needed anything from a service or information it has been easy to obtain.

I need someone to come out the house and do inspect. look at the things that need to be fixed around that house.The Cal West management have not been appropriately managing potential health hazard request that are put in the maintenance request. I have entered two if not more requests for someone to be send to the house to evaluate for possible mold in the house. No more has gotten back to me. Instead, I received an email from Manuel Dominguez tell me to put on glove and use some vinegar to clean the ceiling. Not only is this ridiculous, but I am also being asked to climb up somehow and clean the ceiling that has possible mold on it? Cal West is being paid to help maintain property but would rather have the tenant do their job for them. I still am waiting for someone to come look at the mold.

I would like to go with 4.5 stars!Overall support provided by Manuel & team is really good and I appreciate it a lot! There have been instances where the maintenance request took time due to the wait from Owner side on approving the request, so I am going ahead with 4.5 because of lot of maintenance issues cropping up due to old house and very old appliances & bathroom faucets etc.

Everything has been super smooth and easy!
