I would like to go with 4.5 stars! Overall support provided by Manuel & team is really good and I appreciate it a lot! There have been instances where the maintenance request took time due to the wait from Owner side on approving the request, so I am going ahead with 4.5 because of lot of maintenance issues cropping up due to old house and very old appliances & bathroom faucets etc.

Very professional and clean

The Cal West team is very helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to swiftly and the vendors do a good job. Arranging access is convenient and the workers are professional and easy to work with. Cal West staff follow up and are supportive.

Phenomenal staff

1) Upsetting incident where we received a backcharge for $250 and asked for details and couldn't reach our calwest representative for several days through phone or email - very frustrating experience. 2) I opened a maintenance request over a week ago and it was completely ignored by our representative until I emailed him yesterday. Now I'm again waiting for a phone call - very annoying that we were asked to use the system to report requests but then we need to follow up over email since our requests are ignored by our representative.

Enjoy renting

The plumber that came in to take care of the issues was really friendly and informative. The bottom bathroom toilet, he informed us of an old flapper that needed replacing. The upstairs toilet he informed us that the toilet just needed to be resealed.
