After the work was complete on a leak in the bay window, there was also a follow up call that checked in to see if the repairs had worked (as it was contingent upon the next rain). We really appreciated that follow up and the work to fix our problem quickly. Would definitely use him again if assigned to us.

Initial response time when I first requested a tour was a bit delayed. Once things got rolling, everything was great. The staff was responsive, friendly and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Renting with CalWest is great. The staff are always responsive and professional. The vendor team takes care of any maintenance needs and are professional too. It is nice to know that the group is focused on tenant security and takes care of business.,
