The electrician that came in was kind, efficient and professional. He fixed the light in my fan and hallway light. I also showed him some outlets in my children's room the sparks. He told me to enter a new work order and they would send someone out asap,

Move-in experience was good. Not very responsive with my first maintenance request and the request was not given a solution, even though the problem persisted.

I'm very pleased with my experience with my rental here on Murphy Ave in Sunnyvale. The fact that I've been here almost 14 years should say something about my being pleased with my unit.It's convenient to downtown, the train station, and major highways. I like having a garage for my car (though I'm the only tenant to ever use the garage for parking). I have received prompt service when repairs were needed.
