The only complaint is that the house was not cleaned before we moved in, especially the front porch and side yard. The fence and gates to the fence were in dire need of repair as well. But the move-in process itself was very comfortable and seamless.

We love the location of this property. The house is nice and airy. Just having dogs barking on the other side of the property is affecting the whole street on Kiser Drive. I have talked to my next door neighbors they all agreed it is a huge problem. The property address that has multiple dogs and other animals is: 19871 McKean Road. I noticed there were water sprinklers at our property, but I was not shown on how to use it. I have been using the old water hose that was left behind. One problem, the hose is not tightly fit to the faucet so water is not coming out 100%.

The staff is professional and made me feel welcome from the first phone call inquiring about the property.

I think the after service(Maintenance) is really prompt and fast. I have had maintenance request and it s fixed very promptly! Thank you.

We really enjoy the property and we are satisfied with Cal west. When we have something that needs to be addressed they are on the issue at hand right away.

I really like the fast response to issues I have had with the property all except about the fence falling down. After someone came to look at it, I never received any answer about getting it fixed. Posts are rotten etc. i have sections propped up. A neighbor finally fixed the worst post.
