Very helpful when picking up the keys. Needed to visit the office a second time to pick up the garage clicker, but everyone was kind and accommodating!

Stephanie Rizzo and the maintenance team are very responsive, knowledgeable and take care of all maintenance issues quickly.

Manuel was great. He showed us the apartment in a professional and helpful manner, observing COVID-19 safety precautions, and answering all our questions. However, it took a long time for the apartment to be cleaned and readied for our move-in, necessitating an extra week's stay in a hotel. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Your team that serviced our blown fuse did a nice job. I would have given them a five star rating but they needed to get the new fuse from the store and finish the job a few days later.
