Maintenance issues in property has been attended to without any delay. Answers on when house owner will finish the yard still outstanding after 10 months in spite of many reminders.

Very helpful when picking up the keys. Needed to visit the office a second time to pick up the garage clicker, but everyone was kind and accommodating!

Stephanie Rizzo and the maintenance team are very responsive, knowledgeable and take care of all maintenance issues quickly.

Manuel was great. He showed us the apartment in a professional and helpful manner, observing COVID-19 safety precautions, and answering all our questions. However, it took a long time for the apartment to be cleaned and readied for our move-in, necessitating an extra week's stay in a hotel. Other than that, the experience was very good.
