Front patio( grass and plants) needs TLC. I’m quite satisfied with the place the location is good too. Street parking are hard to find when you have visitor to come see you. But over all I’m good.

We have had pretty good service when we request maintenance. We do ask that due to Covid Virus that service personnel wear a mask.The last repair person did not have a mask on. Thank you!

The move in went very smooth and the employees are super attentive and helpful. The only thing is I was not aware of the system that was to be used to pay the rent which charges about $10 fee on top of the rent and garbage. Don’t know if that is optional and we can drop of the rent at the office or on line is mandatory. Never explained.
