The move in went very smooth and the employees are super attentive and helpful. The only thing is I was not aware of the system that was to be used to pay the rent which charges about $10 fee on top of the rent and garbage. Don’t know if that is optional and we can drop of the rent at the office or on line is mandatory. Never explained.

The experience from start of application to first service calls to adjust items, has been handled professionally and quickly.

I spoke with Denise nearly every day until my move in date. The whole team is very helpful and hospital. Would I rent another apartment here? My answer would be yes!

Pretty good experience but I haven't heard back on the screen door replacement yet and there are also several bad or missing window screens that need replacement. Otherwise I would have given a 5 out of 5.

Everytime I called for help, they took care of it immediately, and were thorough.

I appreciate how quick the problem was fixed.
