We're very please to have a great mainternant services provided by Cal-West management!

The response was slow but someone came to attend. There is a wait time for any issue. Again all handy man job the third party guy who comes fixes as long as no parts are needed. The carbon monoxide alarm in the roof never works as there is no light in it. Had to also live with broken blinds as it needs owner approval. Otherwise calwest by itself has been responsible in responding.

Denise and Beatrice have been wonderful. Quick to respond and get issues answered and resolved.

Denise went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and ready for us. We really appreciate everything done for us!

Good service, on time, only took about 5 minutes for him to fix.

It is a pleasure being in partnership with Cal West HMS Property Management. What I love is that they treat us with thoughtfulness and as a renter that is such a treasure.
