I needed some items fixed in the rental and it was done within a timely fashion.

It took a while until somebody got back to me that wasn't so great. But once he showed up, he did a great job with fixing the problem and was very nice too.

You guys are the best but the dishes keep coming out of the dishwasher with scum stuck all over them. There are still oil stains that appear on the bottom and on the door. I'm told that I can clean those out with vinegar but they keep coming back. I've never heard of a dishwasher that had to be cleaned out every couple of weeks. This thing hasn't done and isn't doing the job.

I hadn't been using my garbage disposal for quite a while because it wasn't grinding up the food properly. I emailed maintenance and the landlord came out right away and replaced my garbage disposal. The same thing happened with my bathroom fan. The service was prompt and the fan motor replaced. Thank you!

Jim with Athena Maintenance and Construction LLC did a very professional job. Highly recommended! Some lady showed up, without calling, she is lucky I was here to unlock the gate for the backyard. She said that she was here to quote new exterior paint - Not so professional, but she was very nice.

Fence is really nice, and an asset to the owners. The builder took away the old shed as agreed, but did not dump all the old contents of the shed. We put these items in a container, and moved to the side of the house.
