You actually dealt with two problems. Microwave went out then the stove leaving me with no way to heat or cook food. 1. Circuit breaker for the stove broke. This got fixed within a week. 2. Needed approval from owner regarding microwave replacement. This took several weeks. Overall responsiveness and support from your team was OK under the circumstances.
