The staff at Cal West are always friendly and professional. If ever a maintenance request is needed the web page is easily navigated for submitting and I responded to quickly. All the vendors communicate scheduled times, follow up well and their work is professional. We have been tenants with Cal West for over 8+ years and have no complaints. I would recommend them to both property owners and tenants.

I called one afternoon about a potential rental, and someone met me THAT SAME DAY to show me the property, which I rented. San Jose has a very hot rental market, so this was especially appreciated. Office staff has been stellar to work with. I highly recommend Cal West.
