My experience with Cal West has been good so far. Any calls I have made have been answered in a reasonable time frame and have been resolved. Definitely no complaints at this point.

Robert handled our request very promptly and went above and beyond to provide a solution to our problem. The kids he sent to deliver equipment were missing some important parts and were devoid of installation training, but they were nice and tried their best. The gesture and promptness of sending them was appreciated, even though we ended up having to do the job ourselves.

Manuel and Sandy are great. Anytime there is an issue, Manuel sends the proper contractor to fix the issue promptly. Sandy, at the counter, is super friendly and is always ready with a smile…
