Jim installed the microwave and got us back a quick way to prepare food. He was personable and professional. I would give five stars, but it seems to me that the replacement could have been done quicker. We really missed the microwave.

My experience with Cal West has been good. Each time I have had an issue at the house, they have responded and taken care of things. There is always someone in the office that will help you out.

It was great. Chris showed up at once and was able to address the issue. Keep it up.

The response was slow but someone came to attend. There is a wait time for any issue. Again all handy man job the third party guy who comes fixes as long as no parts are needed. The carbon monoxide alarm in the roof never works as there is no light in it. Had to also live with broken blinds as it needs owner approval. Otherwise calwest by itself has been responsible in responding.

Denise and Beatrice have been wonderful. Quick to respond and get issues answered and resolved.

Denise went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and ready for us. We really appreciate everything done for us!

Good service, on time, only took about 5 minutes for him to fix.
