Work was done well. But, we were never notified that you had received our message nor any timeline as to expected repairs. Also the fence still needs repair.

This Company really helps you, fast service if theres a problem like plumbing hopefully they don't raise the rent so me and my family will stay longer years. Were happy thank you

I had an issue with the shower, there was no hot water coming out a plumber named Chris was sent out he did an amazing job and he's such a nice guy.

Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and accommodating. You do need to be persistent if you need something, but if you are, you will have no problems.

We needed our ceiling light repaired and were put in touch right away with the person who would be handling the repair.

I've lived in a property managed by Cal West for almost 9 years. I've had a very easy and non-intrusive experience with them. Whenever I have issues they are quick to get them taken care of and the service men they've sent out have always been polite and on time.

The dishwasher repair man was very nice - he recommended a new dishwasher which fixed the problem.

The folks at Cal west are great. They are warm accommodating and treat you like family. I've rented for over 15 years and nobody can hold a candle to them.
