Well managed and organized company

Cal West HMS Property Management has been very great to rent from. Very easy to deal with, weather it's paying the rent or getting maintenance done they have always been very responsive.

Things have been more proactive since Cal West has joined with HMS. Quicker responses to our maintenance requests is great also, which is good since the units are old and in need of many repairs.

Nice and professional employees. Good correspondence, but wish that maintenance issues were handled a little quicker.

I have been a resident with Cal West for over 6 years. The staff is very responsive, professional and friendly. The vendors they use are accomedating when scheduling, courteous and professional. They take care of what few issues that ever arise. And the Cal West office follows up directly to insure our concerns are resolved. I would recommend Cal West to anyone looking to rent or have their property managed.
