Stephanie always quickly responds to our maintenance issues (five star). And she has the vendors call to make an appointment promptly. The heating and air conditioning man was great (five star). The plumber has not resolved our drainage problem yet (three star). The fence repair vendor was awful (one star), but when we needed a fence replaced, my neighbor was allowed to use a good vendor thanks to Stepanie.

Response times for maintenance requests have never been an issue. Management also does a great job of not enabling tenants to lose their ability to self remedy "minor" issues. This may sound odd that I would recognize them for this, but in all fairness...it keeps the tenant engaged in caring for the property and better prepares them for the future of home ownership.

On the last maintenance job, the plumber was asked to replace the broken faucet in the master bathroom. He did a great job and actually went above and beyond by repairing a broken sink stopper, that needed to be fixed. He found this himself and repaired it without being asked. Great customer service.

Honestly one of the best, friendliest, professional and efficient apt management company I've ever dealt with. Kyle was friendly and welcoming during the viewing of the unit we were interested in. Denise and Robert were both great upon signing the lease and move in. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your renting and management needs.
