I appreciate the responsiveness on maintenance requests

We've had a very good experience overall with renting with CalWest. We've had repairs/concerns tended to and completed in an acceptable amount of time. At times but not often though, an important email would not get answered.

Very friendly people I didn’t had any problems.

We are very content living in this beautiful home and neighborhood! We have developed wonderful relationships with our neighbors! Property management always meets our needs.

I'd like to highlight how responsive the CalWest team has been to my service requests and issues that I've noticed with our house. They are always quick to address questions and if something warrants further explanation they will give me a phone call to discuss further. To date, I've been very pleased with the overall CalWest team and I would recommend them to others in the market.
