Very professionally processed. My two suggestions for improving the process are the following: 1) Usage of a digital document signing such as DocuSign instead of printing so many pages and taking them back and forth. 2) improved payment method instead of cashier's check.

Staff is wonderful and they’re very understanding. Been with them for a couple years and we have been very happy with our area.

the service provided was done both good and timely. The people that came in were respectful and polite.

During the storms this winter we developed a small roof leak. During another especially windy storm the neighbors fence was blown 1/2 way down. Upon reporting these 2 incidents Cal West had a response within 1-3 days and repairs made as soon as possible. They are very responsive and take care of issues quickly. Being local is another big plus for me. The staff is very friendly and professional.
