We've been staying in our apartment for 3 yrs already, and CalWest has consistently been very efficient and professional. Recently, we had some maintenance issues, and they were very quick to respond and attended to our concerns in a timely manner.

Our maintenance report was addressed immediately. The vendor was flexible I'm working with our schedule, courteous and very professional. Cal West is always very responsive and good on following up to insure the situation if fully resolved. Thank you

The keys were not updated, couldn’t access the building the first time. No form to establish my passcode to access the building was provided until asked; it should be provided within the welcome package.
