Quick turnaround on any maintenance related issues. I like the portal, very user friendly.

Very professionally processed.My two suggestions for improving the process are the following:1) Usage of a digital document signing such as DocuSign instead of printing so many pages and taking them back and forth.2) improved payment method instead of cashier's check.

Staff is wonderful and they’re very understanding. Been with them for a couple years and we have been very happy with our area.

We really like were we live at. Especially, I'm about 5 to 7 minutes away from my work. 👍

the service provided was done both good and timely. The people that came in were respectful and polite.

During the storms this winter we developed a small roof leak. During another especially windy storm the neighbors fence was blown 1/2 way down. Upon reporting these 2 incidents Cal West had a response within 1-3 days and repairs made as soon as possible. They are very responsive and take care of issues quickly. Being local is another big plus for me. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Timely and friendly maintenance team

1.The tree people that took care of the tree outside our place did a great job.Came exactly on time and went straight to work. After they were done they cleaned it all up and looked great.2. upstairs shower faucet. the tech came in and was very respectful of our no shoes inside the house. he had shoe coverings and explained what was wrong with the faucet and what needed to be done.3. the security flood lights on the driveway. The tech was very responsive and gave a reminder the day before of what time he will arrive the day of. got straight to work and looks great.Thank you
