I rented an apartment for many years at a property managed by Grace Salgado and she was a joy to interact with. Grace was super responsive to all my inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. She also would send tenants communication about upcoming changes or maintenance happening at the property to keep everyone informed. All of this made life much easier from a tenant perspective. Besides Grace being great at what she does, she understands tenants sometimes face challenges in their daily lives.
