I honestly thought the process of renting would be very complicated, that is until i met Casey and then office team. I am a self employed and partially employed person and it was very easy to provide the necessary documents. I received keys and i cannot be happier with this place. My life has changed for the best and im glad to have a place i call my home. All my little concerns were addressed! Thanks Casey and Cal Western. 🙏

Well, my hot water just failed, and a few hours after calling, a plumber was here to work on it. Because of a big shelf in the garage, access was slightly blocked, but he found a way around it without us having to unpack 1/4 of the garage (the garage came with the shelf when I moved it, it's movable, but only when empty.

I love my townhouse at Charter Palms. It's spacious, homey and I like the community. Pricing is fair. Lease signing could improve, the process required some back and forth (i.e. incorrect or incomplete information in the lease). Though management was very helpful until we got it right. Elizabeth was also nice and helped us find the right next home for us. She answered a lot of questions I asked. There are very minor repair requests we let management know that haven't been addressed yet (i.e. dead light bulbs, stuck sliding mirror, etc.). I can image that the pandemic makes this worse. I've also seen a couple rats in the community (outdoors), so there is room for improvement on the pest control side. Annoyances aside, I like living at Charter Palms a lot and I feel that management cares a lot about their tenants.

It was great dealing with Cal Western Management, specially with the manager Shelly.

This place is so much more than I was looking for. Its a great neighborhood too. Plus Cathy Hickey was so helpful and easy to work with.
