It’s been a very smooth process so far. The rent payment system is simple to use. The management company is also able to work with me on the few repairs that were needed. Not every inquiry gets a response, however, and sometimes a few follow up emails would be needed to elicit a response.

Cal-western has been responsive to the needs here at the apartment complex of 454 Paula Court. When I moved in prior to Cal-Western managing the property there were a couple of things that really need to be done like replace lighting outside of door - replacing smoke detectors/carbon monoxide alarm and the plumbing.
