The workers were so friendly, helpful, professional and successful taking care of the items that needed repair. The only thing that would have been helpful is knowing that the repair work (and new fridge) had been approved. I found out about a month later by receiving a call to confirm the day/time of maintenance. I was obviously happy, but surprised.

In the past my experience has been a struggle but recently under my new property manager he has made sure to get things done quickly and efficiently and I greatly appreciate that.

For our last service request, the maintenance person that came to the home did a wonderful job, and communicated really well. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
