Cal-western has been very quick with any service requests. I’ve been pretty happy overall.

The reason it is not a 5 star is 1 times I’ve had an issue with the billing. I didn’t get notified because the letter was sent to the wrong city when rent was going up. But CWPM did honor the one month notice and fixed it. There was a problem with the online billing and it charged me twice but with the help of CWPM I was able to fix it. Every time I have a problem my agent answers in a timely manner and fixes it. I have been renting from CWPM for over 5 years.

On most occasions they are quick to respond to maintenance requests. And always friendly.
