It took a while to get the call back to achedule the repair. When he arrived he took care of the issue fairly quickly. One issue was a sort of Jimmy rig fix tho.....

I've been a tennant since 2010. They've been responsive to my needs. And they respect privacy.

Responses for urgent issues have been prompt (from property management) though could occasionally be quicker for less serious matters.
