Maria Ruiz has been amazing. From the initial showing to the moving in. Turns out the house has been vacant for a bit and there are some needed repairs and maintenance that wouldn’t be noticed until someone was actually living onsite. As we have let her know about the issues, she has been fantastic in her efficient response. Cannot say enough good things.

The staff at Cal-Western is amazing, always helpful and informative. This rating is strictly for the staff. Grace Salgado is the best I've had the opportunity to work with, she is so informative and helpful. The maintenance personal are less than desirable, they've either lost their passion in the work they do, or they are just not very knowledgeable. Some of the checks they should be doing is lacking. The decisions made for some of the repairs are not beneficial to the owners not long term solutions to the work performed

The lady that welcomed us to the apartment is so professional and patient. I would recommend her again.
