Grace S. operates in such an efficient manner, that she gets more done in one day than others would complete in a week. From showing the property to screening tenants, signing, and addressing repairs, she is super efficient! I wonder if she ever takes a break in the middle of the day… We chose to work with CalWestern because we like Grace. She is very personable and honest. We spent a couple years renovating/restoring our little bungalow and she complimented us on it. It was nice to meet someone who really appreciated the careful thought we put into really making our property warm and inviting. She did point our some safety concerns that we immediately addressed. When it came time to show the property to potential tenants, she had found someone within a week of listing it! She is so awesome. Thank you, Grace!

Casey is great manager and always make sure everything is good at our apartment. Casey always has a smile and makes us feel welcomed.

Just a minor observation that none of the units or the one unit that I moved into, it Did not have a air conditioner. However I was allowed to get a portable air conditioner.So at least I had options.
