Everyone has been very friendly but there where some issues when we moved in new place that we thought should have been taken care of BEFORE we moved in still a few things but all in all been good

Responses for urgent issues have been prompt (from property management) though could occasionally be quicker for less serious matters.

It took a while to get the call back to achedule the repair. When he arrived he took care of the issue fairly quickly. One issue was a sort of Jimmy rig fix tho.....
