Shirin’s an amazing tour guide. She’s eally sweet and knew what apartments to show us with the requests we had in what we were looking for. She’s very flexible and never hesitated on answering our questions, calls, emails, or requests on viewing specific units or amenities again. She gives very helpful feedback on the features of every unit too. We’re so excited to be a part of the community. It’s the most beautiful we’ve ever been a part of.

Appointment was set for 2:30 was standing in the heat for almost 30 minutes waiting a nice maintenance man opened the office so me and my family could be cool but we waited another 45 minutes (unprofessional) since I had secured a time Place is very nice looks like a resort but apartments are very small for the price feels like I would be staying in a hotel and not a home.

My husband and I appreciated touring with Reese. Her calm and positive energy made us feel comfortable in asking her more questions about Calixa. Because of her knowledge and welcoming energy, she is one of the many reasons why we became more interested in the Calixa apartments.

Impressed with all the amenities, apartment design / square footage, and the friendly staff. I actually recommended my youngest daughter after I toured the property and she is also applying.

Sharee included our daughter. On tours, there isn’t a lot of attention paid to kiddos generally, so I really appreciated that. She was thorough and it didn’t feel rushed. We felt like she was willing to guide us on whatever next steps we needed. I really appreciate her.

Ielisiah Reese was in charge of the tour , she’s knowledgeable and very nice. The complex is lovely and complete. The apartments have well thought out spaces and good lighting.

Shirin was great in showing me 3 different apartments and touring the community. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The application approval process was quick, and I'm exciting to move into my new apartment soon

What an incredible tour and it was towards the end of the day which I know is tough but we didn’t feel rushed and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone was so sweet to our dog also and offered us some swag. The apartment seems like a great community and an incredibly supportive and knowledgeable leasing staff is what made our decision so easy to apply!
