The property is beautiful, it would be difficult to have a bad experience. Monica was so friendly and helpful I loved that she showed me little details like the trash can cabinet and took us to 2 separate buildings to show us what was available!

Calixa is a thoughtfully designed and well-planned community with a lot to offer. Overall, the layout and feel of the property are very appealing.One small enhancement inside the units would be an additional hole in the counter for a built-in soap dispenser, which would be a nice functional touch. I also found the website experience to be a bit inconsistent—some information about current and upcoming availability doesn’t always align, and a few details feel incongruent. Additionally, the interactive map does not function properly when viewing available units by map, though it does work when accessed through the “view floor plans by location” option.Another consideration is the lack of fencing around the entire property, which may be important for some residents, particularly pet owners. While the dog park is a nice amenity, it could benefit from a bit more personality or added features to make it more engaging.I also want to highlight the leasing consultant, Shirin, who was truly impressive. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, was thoughtful in her approach, and even followed up with me after the tour, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, Calixa has a strong foundation and a lot of potential, with a few opportunities for refinement that could elevate the resident experience even further.

My boyfriend and I had so many questions and were given all great answers. We enjoyed the friendliness and welcoming environment that was introduced to us. She was so kind and gave us great professional and helpful advice. She opened up our choices by showing us multiple apartment options. We will definitely be coming back to this our new home come April. Thank you
