It was a good experience I got all my questions answered and Armando and Vincent were very helpful they went out of there way to get me and my wife a water and coffee showed us 3 different apartments and convinced us that we will like to live here CALIXA apartments.

I like the complex. I think one pool for 300 units is not sufficient. I’m also concerned about the low income housing in each building. I believe that will bring in undesirable tenants. Our guide was wonderful and very professional. I actually considered applying, but decided against it after more careful consideration.

More like a nazi community, cameras everywhere watching your every move, paid parking even though plenty of available spaces, one small pool for all the apartments, Im a person who enjoys a cigar now and then, posts me with a no smoking policy, rents through the ceiling
